It occurs to me that I should probably update my journal more frequently. I just don't really find that I have anything that particularly interesting to talk about. That's not the reason I'm a member of this site.

...something. I feel a bit blocked on all fronts. I haven't drawn anything even semi-decent since I got home for summer break. Many, many pieces of paper have been consumed in my attempts to break out of this slump, but nothing has come of it. Attempts at fanart have grown rarer, which is a bit of a mixed blessing since I've been wanting to break away from that a little. Most of my recent attempts at drawing have been original characters. None of them are really coming along though. NOOOOOO!!!!!!! I got spoiled! The sadness...the sorrow of it all! I didn't want to know anything that happened in the new Harry Potter book before it was released and I got my grubby little paws on it. I was really trying not to go searching for anything that would give away majors events in the book. Maybe that's why I found out. I won't say what I found out for the benefit of any others who wish not to be spoiled (like my dear friend, Azaki I swear I won't tell you!).
